  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during shipping.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
