Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged during shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
