• Custom orders usually take 4–6 weeks to make, depending on size and complexity.

• For non-custom (ready stock) items, we only need about 5–7 days to carefully pack and prepare your order.

• We ship worldwide by air using trusted couriers like DHL, FedEx, and local postal services.

• Once your order ships, we will send your tracking number via email so you can easily follow your package until it arrives.

• Delivery time depends on your location and shipping choice:

  • Express: 7–10 business days

  • Standard: 10–20 business days

• Please note, customs fees or import taxes might apply, and those are the buyer’s responsibility.
